ARD for M1 Firearm Charge in Snyder County
20 Nov 2024, by Criminal Defense inIn Snyder County, our client, an out-of-state resident, faced a first-degree misdemeanor (M1) charge for carrying a firearm without a license. Given the seriousness of the charge, the client was at risk of a permanent criminal record and significant legal consequences.
