Mother Maintains Child Custody, Avoids Trial in Perry County

Attorney Tim Czekaj recently assisted a mother in Perry County when her child’s father sought shared custody of his child. Through our efforts, the mother maintained primary custody in an amount that did not lower child support while avoiding a full custody trial.
